Peace of mind is priceless....

Hamptons Concierge charges a flat rate of $65.00 per hour for all of our a' la carte services. There is a minimum of a one (1) hour charge for all services completed. Fees are then calculated by thirty (30) minute intervals after the first hour. An errand that takes approximately one and a half hours would be $97.50.

* Personal Assistant service fee is $35.00 per hour

* Special Occasion/ Event Planning services are $75.00 per hour

We also offer monthly membership packages. 

Clients have the option to purchase a customized monthly membership that includes all services except, the event planning and construction management services. Hours may be purchased at the beginning of every month at a rate of $45.00 per hour with a minimum purchase of eight (8) hours.

All jobs requiring two (2) or more persons will be billed at time and a half.

Terms of Use

Payment

Services for monthly plans are secured by a major credit card and require payment in full before services are rendered. Hourly services are paid in advance by check, cash, credit card and or money order made payable to Hamptons Concierge. Services scheduled with less than 24 hours of notice are scheduled with a $25.00 convenience fee to accommodate necessary changes. Any prices listed by Hamptons Concierge are for services rendered by Hamptons Concierge. These prices do not reflect fees or charges that third parties or vendors may charge. Prices also do not include any products or goods that clients may ask Hamptons Concierge to purchase for them. 

Errands

All errands rates include time from the beginning of the task and for the first 15 miles of travel. Travel of more than 15 miles will be billed at a rate of $.50 per mile. If previous arrangements are made with Hamptons Concierge the miles will be billed at a predetermined rate.

Cancellation

If it is necessary to cancel a scheduled service. Hamptons Concierge requires 24 hours notice. 

Failure to provide any notice will result in the full price of the service being charged. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be assessed a $25.00 service fee.

Access to Property

If Hamptons Concierge cannot gain access to the client's property or place of business, the client will be charged the full cost of the service that was to be rendered.
